Dear Valued Wine Club Members and Customers,
As we Welcome the New Year, we find it imperative to communicate significant changes to ensure our beloved patrons are well-informed about their experiences at Borjón Winery in the coming year.
Regrettably, a somber and unavoidable change has come. Due to the sluggish winter months and reduced foot traffic, we must close the doors of our bistro. We extend heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported Borjón and Nora's Kitchen throughout the years!
Despite this change, you will still be able to have Nora's delicious recipes at our events! All of our events are listed on our website if you would like to get ahead of ticket sales and secure another chance to enjoy what the bistro cooks up. We are already excited to see what they have planned for Vino Nuevo!
We apologize for any and all inconveniences this may cause. You're welcome to bring a picnic to accompany your outdoor tasting if you choose to make Borjón your lunch spot!

La Cena is always one of our most popular events for a reason! We'll be serving you a thoughtfully crafted four-course meal featuring Nora Borjón's favorite recipes paired with our most premium vintages for you to savor. For your entertainment, we have the extremely talented and highly requested Albertson Duo playing jazzy covers of well-known feel-good music.
Nora and Ivan Borjón have created an amazing menu for you:
First Course
sopa de papa & zanahoria
(potato & carrot soup made with bacon, onion, potatoes, carrots, flour, and milk)
Second Course
ensalada de aguacate
(avocado salad made with romaine lettuce, avocado, peas, olive oil, and vinegar)
Third Course
punta de pulpa served with arroz poblano and frijoles pintos refritos with queso fresco
(marinated and grilled beef shank served with Mexican green rice and refried pinto beans with fresh cheese)
Fourth Course
Nora's Famous Rumbero Vanilla Flan
(traditional custard dessert made with rum and raisins)

Food Policy Change & Other News!

In other news, we have a new policy change regarding food. We will no longer be permitting outside food here at Borjón Winery. Good news, though! Nora's Kitchen will now be open during the same days as the tasting room! That's right, you can now enjoy Nora's authentic Mexican food Thursday-Monday from 11AM-4PM.
