Our Policies & Scheduling A Tasting Appointment

You must be 21 or older to taste or purchase wine, and will be required to show photo I.D. as proof of age. 

Tasting Appointments Are Highly Recommended.

Groups of 6 or more are required to make a reservation. Please see below for our large group policy.

No Outside Alcoholic Beverages

Any and all beer, liquor and non-Borjón wine is prohibited at Borjón Winery.  

Refundable Tasting Fees

We are currently offering a hand selected flight of six different wines ($10). The tasting fee is waived with the purchase of a bottle. Please contact Borjón Winery with any questions. 

Large Group Policy

Groups of 6 or more require a tasting reservation. Groups of 8 or more require a tasting reservation and nonrefundable tasting fees. Groups of 11 or more require a tasting reservation and a nonrefundable $15 tasting fee per person (paid at time of reservation.)  

Limos & Buses

If you plan to visit us with your group via limo or bus (regardless of group size and/or regardless of mode of transportation or number of vehicles) please contact us to make an appointment. Appointments can be made by phone and/or via email. 

Children & Under 21

Any guest under 21 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. We also ask that all children are on their best behavior at all times. Our number one priority is making sure that every guest has the best possible experience here at Borjòn Winery. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!

Pets

Well behaved pets are allowed in the outside areas of the winery, and must remain supervised and leashed for the duration of their visit. Please clean up after your pet while you are visiting. Pets are not permitted in the Tasting Room.

Service animals are welcome in all guest areas.

Privacy

Information that you provide to Borjón Winery is for our use only and WILL NOT be shared or sold. All of the information collected is so that we may offer a level of customer service consistent with the quality of our wines. 

All orders placed via this website require a credit card. Upon submitting an order, all credit card numbers are transmitted via secure and encrypted methods. For your security, these credit card numbers are stored in secure, encrypted databases.

Shipping

While your order can be delivered to residential addresses, we highly suggest that our customers ship to a business address to ensure that there is someone 21 years or older available to sign for the order. Add an Ice Pack to your order to protect your wine against heat damage during shipping! We cannot ship to a PO Box and the following states: IL, MI, MS, ND, NH, NY, TX, UT, VA, WI, PA. 

Return Policy

All website sales are final except in the event that damaged merchandise is received or wine is corked. We require that you ship the damaged merchandise or "corked" wine back to Borjón Winery at our expense at which point the product will be replaced. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is "corked" or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@borjonwinery.com to arrange for the return of "corked" or flawed product. Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (209)245-3087 for return instructions.
