XINFANDEL (ZINFANDEL RESERVA)
Produced from 30+ year old, dry farmed vines and named after the Borjons first child Xander (pronounced, Zander), our Xinfandel is continually the flagship wine of the estate. This is our most elegant and complex wine. Crimson in color, it is jam packed with blackberry and raspberry fruit roll-up aromas and subtle hints of cocoa powder and graphite. Smell another time and you find the superbly integrated sweet vanilla oak aromas. On the palate there are bright red cherry and cranberry flavors intermingled with the soft and jammy mouth-feel. Truly a wine with sophistication and elegance, it should age well for the next 5-7 years. |

BARBERA REPOSADO
This is one of the house favorites of the Borjons. Produced from Barbera grown by Mr. Dick Cooper of Cooper Vineyards, this dark red wine bursts with aromas of blackberry, graham cracker, ginger and ever so slight whiffs of cinnamon. This wine has what we wish every Barbera had, that perfect sweet and sour balance that continually characterize the greats of Barolo. You’ll find an ultra soft jammy entry that leads to great concentrated flavors of blueberry and hints of mango. The wine is velvety smooth with excellent sucrosity from front to back. |

ZINFANDEL REPOSADO
Dark red in color, it can be said that this wine is yet another standout among Amador Zinfandels. Excellent and vivid aromas of black pepper, strawberries and cloves permeate each sniff. In the mouth, this big, rich wine has flavors of plum, vanilla and butterscotch and has a viscosity that is rare among Amador wines. On the finish, you’ll find dark cherries covered in dark chocolate. This is a big wine across the board. |

SANGIOVESE REPOSADO
Our Sangiovese is truly a gem among Amador Sangioveses. It is a brilliant, brick red color and exudes aromas of cranberry, cherries and other bright red fruit. On the palate it is silky smooth from front to back making it an excellent choice for a creamy Alfredo pasta dish. Loaded with fresh raisins, cranberry sauce and soft, rich tannins, the wine finishes with bright acidity so typical of this Italian classic leaving the drinker with an unforgettable mouthwatering experience. |

Our Zinfandel based red wine blend is a crimson/ruby red displaying aromas of cherry, thyme, cocoa powder and dark butterscotch. This easy drinking red has a soft mouth feel from front to back with luscious flavors of cranberry & raspberry jam with hints of dried red fruit and eucalyptus. Its plush velvety tannins give way to a long dried fruit finish. |
