Our 2011 Revolución De Vino was Truly a Revolution

- The first annual Revolución De Vino fiesta exceeded all expectation! The rhythms by the Rhythm Vandals set the perfect tone. While our ever so succulent wines complimented the chicken tacos produced by Nora Borjón. Tickets sold out quickly for this event. So, if you plan to attend next year’s Revolución De Vino, be sure to purchase your tickets as soon as they are available.

Our Brand New Blend

- The first ever, 2009 Iscander J. Borjón Diferente Red Wine is exactly what its name means, different. Amador County is greatly known for two great varietals, Zinfandel and Barbera. So, why wouldn’t anyone create a blend based these two varietals? Well, WE DID! Made of 50% Zinfandel and 50% Barbera, this brainchild of Isy Borjón, truly brings out the flavor of Amador County. Salsa and Wine Pairings

April-September
It's that time of year again. Borjon Winery presents our famous salsa and wine pairings! Enough with the cheese and crackers. Here at Borjon, we do everything with a little Mexican flair. Our mother Nora Borjon has crafted five unique salsas to be paired with five of our mouthwatering wines. Pairings are $5 per person and free for wine club members. A Taste of Art and Vino

Few things make for a perfect way to spend a day of relaxation. At Borjon Winery, art and wine happen to be two of our favorites. Combine that with Zack Lefler's Wine Country Truffles and you've got a day of absolute bliss. We call it, A Taste of Art & Vino. The artists we feature range from photographers to jewelry designers. To top it all off, Wine Country Truffles supply a variety of decidant chocolate treats made to be paired with our wines. Cava DiVino

On-Going
Vertical flight tastings with owner Isy Borjón, one varietal at a time. We call it Cava DiVino and we have several on the calendar. Isy will take you through multiple vintages of one wine per flight. The final vintage of each flight will be "Futuros" (barrel tastings and purchases). All this while you unwind in the cellar.
